At Upland's City Council Meeting on May 11th Council Member Carol Timm encourages residents to talk to staff (Jeff Zwack) about their concerns for Upland's new General Plan. Timm states that "what I say to residents is please talk to staff". In addition she states, "So please talk to staff...and and um and I would just advise you to not only talk to the council people".
