Tonight, Upland's Planning Commission will be voting on Upland's new "Smart Growth" based general plan. The hearing will start at 6:30pm and will be held at City Hall. Bring your friends, neighbors, and co-workers. This is your last chance to speak before the Planning Commission to object to a really bad General Plan that is not right for the City of Upland.
